Took a look around but didn't notice a specific forum dedicated to cha no yu and the aspects of tea preparation, types and methods.

Would also be interested in hearing what others are drinking and the best methods of preparation. I've been drinking Maedaen Gold Sencha for some time now but would love to hear what others prefer and why.

I belong to the Urasenke School. However, the school is two hours where I live and have not be able to practice in years. Still I perform the tea ceremony about twice a year. I love koicha and usacha. As for everyday beverage, sencha.
