"Modern day ninjas- Shinobi warriors, to be exact"

That was awesome! They should give those ninjers medals!

"The outfits were just to scare them (the drug dealers)."

Those kids better be glad the cops got to them before they got to the drug dealers, unless those ninja outfits were bulletproof.

Can anybody give me information of Budo Ryu and Tomo Ryu?

Budo Ryu
http://cjj2004.tripod.com/budoryu/index.html

The name Budo Ryu 武道流 just don't make sense as Japanese.
But the instructor said her teacher was Japanese.

I researched Tomo Ryu 戸猛流 but there was no such Ryu existed in Japan.

"Budo Ryu Ninjutsu" was the name created by the teacher in Kansas. Apparently, that is her name for the 'entry level' info she expects people to learn before teaching them the actual "koryu". Everything on the website makes my Bullshido senses tingle.

Unsure about Tomo Ryu. Sensors are up (especially on the long, shadowy history), but I have no reason to doubt that she received Menkyo Kaiden from Kobayashi Ichirou.
