I've been hearing excited reviews about this one, though I'm skeptical based on the trailer.

Still, I think I'll have to go check it out--if I do, I'll make sure to let people know how it is. It appears they do have a subtitled version out.

hmm i was excited to hear about this ,but its a Thai Production and produced by Tony Jaa and full of CGI and Special FX .
Not the first film on Yamada actually there have been Chinese Dramas and a 2002 film that was decent .

Apparently it didn't stick around in theaters long enough for me to catch it. I'll still try to find something on it, but it sounds like it is heavy on the "fiction" side of historical fiction.
