Very Happy
TV Asahi have a new drama where a chef is transported back in time and with the help of a female swordsmith becomes Nobunaga's personal chef .

Like Jin this is also based on a Manga and starts next month on TV Asahi .

This could be horrible, or it could be the awesomest thing on TV ever.

Of course i am sort of leaning to horrible, though according to one of the many Taigas Mitsuhides dinner prep for a banquet in honor of Ieyasu led to poor Akechi getting a good box on the ears from an Irate Nobunaga .

Funny the chef is actually a French chef in this drama and delights Nobunaga with French cuisine .This sounds dodgy at best .

Looks awfully boy-bandish. Now, if they had Nobunaga played by Kaga Takeshi, we'd have something interesting.

Nobunaga no Chef will have a second season and already started filming. I was surprised how well the first season went. From what I understand Shingen and Nohime will appear in the upcoming season.

Oh, that's great. I was rather miffed the drama was so short when the manga is still ongoing for heavens knows how much longer.

Mitsuhiro OIkawa made a great NObunaga, so it'll be good to see him back Smile
